With its 14 floors and a growing population, the complex faced significant challenges related to parking. Challenges:
- Stella Residency was initially designed to accommodate maximum cars in its limited parking area which lead to congestion among residents. As the number of vehicles grew, the insufficiency of parking spaces became increasingly noticeable and the residents faced difficulty.

Park Layer stepped in to a state-of-the-art parking solution by providing them a huge solution to install a Vertical Rotary Parking (VRP) system.

Vertical Rotary Parking System allowed for the parking of 48 cars in a space previously accommodating just minimum of cars.

- 4 machines of rotary parking systems.
- 2 machines configured back-to-back for sedans (accommodating 16 large sedans).
- 2 machines for SUVs (accommodating 8 SUVs).
